When a slab settles, tearing it out and pouring new concrete is slow, messy, and expensive. We inject high-density polyurethane foam through dime-size holes. It expands beneath the slab, fills the voids, and lifts it back to level. Most jobs are done the same day, with the trucks parked on the street and nothing heavy on your lawn.
What we do

Fill the empty space under your slab from erosion or poor compaction before it leads to cracking or sinking.
Soil Stabilization
Inject expanding polymer to consolidate loose soil and increase its load-bearing strength under your slab.
The process
Drill. Pump. Patch.
A clean, three-step lift that is usually finished the same day and ready to use right away.
Drill
We drill dime-size holes in strategic spots across the slab. Smaller and fewer holes than old-fashioned mudjacking.
Pump
Two-part polyurethane foam is pumped in. It reacts, expands, fills every void, and lifts the slab to the height we want.
Patch
Once the slab reaches level, we patch the holes. The foam never shrinks, and the repair is nearly invisible.
