Concrete Leveling & Raising
We lift sunken driveways, sidewalks, slabs, and pool decks back to level and eliminate trip hazards, all without the cost and mess of tear-out and replacement. It is the slab you already have, raised and stabilized in place.
Void Filling
Erosion and poor compaction leave empty space under your slab. We fill those voids before they lead to cracking, sinking, or outright failure, so the concrete has solid, continuous support again.
How it works
Drill. Pump. Patch.
A clean, three-step lift that is usually finished the same day and ready to use right away.
Drill
We drill dime-size holes in strategic spots across the slab. Smaller and fewer holes than old-fashioned mudjacking.
Pump
Two-part polyurethane foam is pumped in. It reacts, expands, fills every void, and lifts the slab to the height we want.
Patch
Once the slab reaches level, we patch the holes. The foam never shrinks, and the repair is nearly invisible.
Soil Stabilization
We inject a two-component polymer foam that fills voids and consolidates loose soil. The result is greater load-bearing capacity and stable ground under your slab, addressing the cause and not just the symptom.
